Holiday Travel Practices

You can find a team to practice with using USA Swimming’s Find A Team tool. You can search for clubs by location and contact them directly.

Once you have an idea of the teams in the area, check in with your group coach to see if they have any recommendations on which team might be the best fit. When reaching out, send the team an email and cc your coach.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your swimmer’s name and current team affiliation
• Dates of your visit to the area
• Current training group level
• 100 Free and 200 Free times to help with placement
