Add & verify your mobile phone number

We use text (SMS) to share urgent updates. Please add and verify your mobile number.

On a computer (web)

  1. Go to our team website and click Sign In. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click your name → My AccountAccount Info.
  3. In the Account tab, under Account Contact Information, enter your number in the Mobile/SMS field and click Save.
  4. Click Verify Mobile. A verification text will be sent to your phone.
  5. You can repeat this to add a 2nd Mobile/SMS number to your account.
  6. Open the text and either reply YES to consent to texts or tap the verification link to finish. Your number should show as Verified.

In the mobile app

  1. Open the SportsEngine Motion app and sign in.
  2. Go to MembershipMy Account.
  3. Open the Profile tab and enter your number in the Mobile/SMS field. Tap Save.
  4. Tap Verify (or use the home screen Verify Now alert if shown) and follow the prompts. Check your text message and reply YES or open the verification link.

Tips & troubleshooting

  • Texts can take time to arrive. If nothing comes, try Verify again after a minute.
  • Make sure your phone can receive SMS and that the number is correct in the Mobile/SMS field.
  • If you opted out, text START to resubscribe. You can opt out anytime with STOP.
  • Verification codes expire after 24 hours. If it expires, start verification again.

Optional: add an athlete’s Mobile/SMS

  1. On the web, go to My AccountAccount Info.
  2. Open the Members tab and click the athlete’s name.
  3. Enter the athlete’s Mobile/SMS number, click Save, then click Verify Mobile and complete verification.
