Bend Swim Club Communication Platforms

Bend Swim Club currently has three main methods to communicate with athletes, parents and the wider community.

Channel	Purpose
Website	Broad communication that includes information for the public about the team and how to join. General information about staff and group expectations. This includes practice schedules, meet schedules and time standards. Account management for member families to manage billing, commit to meets, and see volunteer obligations.
Email	More detailed information for club members as it relates to weekly/monthly coach updates. Information related to upcoming meets and activities coming in the near future.
SMS/Text	Urgent information such as changes in schedules or pool closures. Please add & verify your mobile/SMS in your account.
Social media	Public celebration of team and athlete accomplishments.
Bulletin board	Team information and celebrate athlete accomplishments. Located in the North Lobby at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center on the left as you enter the hallway.
Family file	Families will have a file folder located in the cabinet in the North Lobby at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center next to the Bend Swim Club bulletin board. Awards, flyers, and other important communications will be placed in your file. Swimmers and/or parents will be responsible for checking the files regularly.
